So I googled it and after several sites found this site best explained the workings:

When reading on, the FDA doesn't approve of it and thus it's not available for treatments in the US. It is used for therapy in Europe.
Such natural 'drugs' are what we will add to our arsenal of weapons to fight growth of cancerous cells through healthy lifestyle, diet and other holistic treatments.

Supplemental industry try to make us believe we need these things. Finally everybody consume them since we are convinced it can't be bad. My consensus is, the more people know about supplements (Vitamin C, D, etc.) the more money was spent to achieve this knowledge.
